§1. General Resolutions
1. The owner of the web site Betplatform.com is IQ Sport (limited liability company) located in Warsaw, 15 Odrowaza Street, Poland ("The IQ Sport Company" - short - the "IQ Sport").
2. The web site provides the information for everybody interested in making bets at the Bookmakers.
3. To benefit form all web site services it is necessary to register as a web site member. Registration is being done via Internet by filling in all personal data in the Registration Questionnaire. At the moment of registration a new member is being given a virtual account at the web site. This means that the new member has concluded a contract for indefinite period with the IQ Sport. The contract covers all the IQ Sport services, listed above in section 2, on principles specified in present regulation.
5. Private person or a corporate body can not own more than one virtual account on the web site.
§2. Hardware & Software Requirements
Technical requirements which must be met to be able to use the web site:
1. The web site members must be of age.
2. The IQ Sport provides services either for a fee or free of charge, depending on conditions on which the particular service is being delivered.
3. The web site can be only used for legal purpose in accordance with the valid law regulation. It is forbidden to use the web site to distribute any materials legally protected by Polish and/or International copyright and any materials, which are forbidden to distribute by the law, abusive, spoiling somebody`s reputation or have pornographic content.
4. The web site members contact addresses can only be used in purpose in which they have been given. Using them for any other purpose, and specially processing, passing to third party or distribution is strictly forbidden.
5. In case of violation of the contract or statute rules by the web site member, the IQ Sport may instantly remove the violating rules materials (e.g. web site forum posts, etc.).
6. Any content posted by the web site member, which will be found as abusive or obscene, will not be accepted for publication on the web site pages, of what the member don`t need to be informed.
7. Any content, not reliable or veracious, where acceptation depends on the IQ Sport, will not be accepted and published on web site pages until will be confirmed or explained by the member willing to publish it.
8. The IQ Sport declares rights to accept the content of all inscriptions being published on the web site.
9. The web site member agrees to receive every time an email, fax or SMS with the information concerning changes and news on the web site pages, also agrees to receive a selected commercial information from entities co-operating with the web site.
10. All comments and questions concerning working of the web site should be directed on the mail address: pomoc(at)betplatform.com
§4. The IQ Sport liability
1. The IQ Sport take no responsibility for any of the services evidenced as free of charge. The responsibility for all payable services is limited to the amount of money paid to the IQ Sport by the member for providing the service, from which the responsibility results.
2. The IQ Sport takes no responsibility for:
a) making use of any published on the web site information, also information containing mistakes,
b) the way in which the electronic visiting cards (the Members profiles), announcements or the Members statements (posts) on the forum, will be used,
c) matter and other content of the messages sent to the Members web site accounts by other Members, the Members web pages and any other content published on the web site,
d) the consequences of obtaining by the third party, the web site Member account`s password,
e) any breaks in the web site functioning,
f) any damage, including particularly data lost caused by a technical damage resulting from any cause,
3. The IQ Sport is not responsible for any content and opinions published by the Members. The Members take full responsibility for every opinion and content which they are publishing.
4. The member accepts the fact and agrees, that the IQ Sport takes no responsibility for any damage caused by inappropriate behavior of one of the Members towards the other Member.
5. The IQ Sport does not participate in any argument between the web site Members. Any misunderstanding concerning the content of the published announcements and contacts will need to be solved between the Members. The IQ Sport company does not get engaged also in any action (including lawful) connected with solving this kind of arguments.
6. The IQ Sport reserves the rights to:
a) send to the Members accounts technical announcements related to the web site functioning and information about the web site current offers,
b) temporary disable access to the web site in order to do some maintenance work or development, short brakes in access to the web site without giving any explanations,
§5. Privacy policy
1. On the basis of the Member`s agreement the IQ Sport have rights to process personal data received from the Members for marketing and promotional purpose. The IQ Sport is making the Member`s personal data accessible in accordance to the valid law regulation.
2. In case of publishing, on the web site pages, by the Member data, which is mentioned in article 27 of act from 19 August 1997, about privacy policy (Journal of Laws 2002, no. 101, position 926) their processing takes place on the basis of making them accessible to the public information by the Member (publishing them on the web site pages).
3. The IQ Sport which is the personal data administrator, protects all personal data belonging to it`s web site Members, retaining the requirements specified in valid law regulation. All data given by the Member can be processed for the marketing purpose only by the IQ Sport and the entities, which are authorized by it, in accordance to regulation in act from 29 August 1997 about the privacy policy. The Member has rights to access it`s personal data and correct it. Passing the personal data by the Member is of his own free will.
4. The Member has rights to require his personal data to be stopped processing and/or to remove data, which is referred above, by sending such request in an email on support`s email address pomoc@betplatform.com, unless such data are necessary for the IQ Sport to provide it`s services, in that case, removing data, which is necessary to carry out some services, will be equivalent to a statement of resigning from the contract.
5. The IQ Sport keeps a collection of the Member`s personal data. The collection of data has been registered at the General Personal Data Protection Inspector.
§6. Intellectual property
1. The Member can publish any content on the web site pages, only on condition that he/she has all indispensable rights according to the copyright to publish such content on the web site. In particular this means, that the Member has the copyrights for mentioned content and have the rights to allow others to publicize it. In case of publishing on the web site pages any content which doesn`t meet the mentioned above requirements, the Member, which has published it, is solely responsible to meet any justified claims from the third parties, resulting from copyrights violation.
2. The TV program was supplied and prepared by the AplusC company.
3. The IQ Sport have the rights to freely distribute all content published by the Members on it`s web site.
§7. Complaints
1. In order to make a complaint concerning working of the web site, the Member should sent an email at the address pomoc@betplatform.com, giving all information necessary to investigate the problem.
2. The complaints are being considered within 14 working days time since the date when the complaint was lodged, all response will be send back via emails.
§8. Binding force of the Regulation resolutions.
1. The registration in the web site takes place after the Member will become acquainted with the content of the present regulation and will accept all it`s resolutions, what means they will by included in the content of the contract.
2. Present regulation comes into force with the day 27.05.2007 and it replaces any previous regulation and resolutions.
3. The users registered before the day 27.05.2007, who doesn`t agree with present regulation resolutions can cancel the contract without any notice period by deleting their account. If the account will not be deleted before the 27.06.2007, means that the Member is giving permission to include this regulation resolutions into the content of the contract.
4. The IQ Sport reserves a right to change the regulation without giving any earlier notice to the Members.
§9. Cancellation of the contract
1. The IQ Sport reserves a right to cancel the contract (delete the account) at any moment and without giving any reason. The account can be canceled without giving any notice.
2. The member can at any moment, without notice period, cancel the contract by deleting his/her account.
